Optimizing access to acupuncture is an integral part of our mission. Cara provides pop-up on-site group acupuncture services in partnership with organizations and workplaces in the Tucson area to celebrate and uplift employees with stress-reducing holistic treatments.

Acupuncture, as a complementary holistic medicine, is uniquely and inherently equipped to support a neuro-inclusive healing space.

When all thinkers and doers (i.e. visual, audio, spatial, tactile, etc) are centered and supported in the workplace, burnout risk is reduced, staff morale is boosted, and the entire work/organizational ecosystem thrives. Our workplace wellness program is structured to minimize sensory overload, and foster restorative relaxation for a more joyous, productive, and satisfying workday.

Cara brings her acupuncture supplies, written education materials, and peaceful music or white noise machines to your workplace and you simply provide a low-lit conference room or quiet area with chairs for your employees to unplug and relax with auricular acupuncture. Participation for your employees is voluntary and offered on a walk-in first-come, first-served basis during your scheduled program time. Participants can expect to read and sign a brief informed consent form, settle into a cozy chair, receive a warm greeting and auricular needling, and relax in meditative quietude for the duration of their treatment, which generally lasts about 20-30 minutes. Cara circulates the treatment area continuously, keeping an eye on each participant, as she staggers needle insertion and removal throughout the session. The individual and collective healing benefits of group treatment spaces are palpable and powerful.

Standard rates

2-hr session: $500

3-hr session: $750 

Nonprofit rates

2-hr session: $450

3-hr session: $675

*Please note total time on site is 1.5 additional hours to session time to include time for setup, last needle retention, and breakdown.
