Restorative Acupuncture
50 min. Acupuncture promotes the balanced flow of Xue (blood) and Qi (vital energy) by addressing the root of disharmony along with signs and symptoms. Acupuncture consists of the insertion of thin, solid needles into the body at points located on energetic pathways, called meridians. This private treatment is for new and existing patients who desire a classical acupuncture needling-only treatment. At your first visit, we will discuss your health history in depth and create a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and tailored just for you. $80* (Initial appointment 80 min, $130)

Herbal Medicine
30 min. In-Person & Virtual consultations include Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment plan, with prescription of modifiable custom herbal formulas, individualized to each patient’s unique needs. $40 Existing Patients* ($80 New Patient appointment, 60 min). Cost of herbs and shipping from our supplier, Crane Herb Company, is additional.
*If you have already had an acupuncture initial appointment with us, you can book the existing patient herbal consult option.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
90 min. (All inclusive acu + modalities) This private acupuncture treatment is all-inclusive and may include Chinese medicine modalities as deemed appropriate: moxibustion, cupping, guasha, electro-acupuncture, trigger point (dry) needling, and/or custom Chinese herbal formula prescription. At your first visit, we will discuss your health history in depth and create a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and tailored just for you. $150* (Initial appointment 2 hrs, $200)

For home visits, Cara brings all her supplies to you, offering acupuncture and Chinese medicine modalities in the comfort of a quiet space in your home environment. $300 (Serving women and lgbtqia+ individuals in Southern Arizona only. Additional mileage fee may apply for locations outside of Tucson).
